Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

3 Tbsp. dill pickle brine

1 tsp. granulated sugar

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1/2 medium head of cabbage, very thinly sliced

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup chopped dill pickles

1/2 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, prepare the dressing. Whisk together mayonnaise, pickle brine, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add thinly sliced cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped pickles, and chopped dill to the large bowl with the dressing. Toss to combine, until everything is evenly coated in the dressing.
  3. Refrigerate prepared slaw for up to 3 hours before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for an additional day.
  4. Serve Dill Pickle Slaw with your favorite grilled brats or BBQ!
